The property was even better than we expected! We were looking for a comfortable place to meet with some of our family for the weekend and it exceeded all of our expectations!

Barbara was so thoughtful in all the details around the the property. We stayed for a family event and went to the Smokey Hill River Festival. Such a relaxing environment and perfect place to cool down. I was impressed that the temperature upstairs for sleeping was nice and cool which can be hard to maintain in a two story house. Mattresses where so comfortable and there were extra fans, pillows and even an extra cot if needed. The Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a large family meal and the best part was the kid friendly backyard that offered a swing set and fireplace. Very good communication and easy to access.
