This holiday cottage, accommodating 2 to 12 people, is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Uzès, a charming town designated a City of Art and History. You can enjoy the terraces of the cafes and restaurants on the magnificent Place aux Herbes, where one of the most beautiful markets in France is held every Saturday. Ideally located for exploring the surrounding towns and villages: Roman Nîmes, Avignon and its famous Palais des Papes, the Pont du Gard, Collias and its canoe trips... A completely detached house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, on enclosed grounds with a secure swimming pool, a pétanque court, and a large garden with shaded areas. The proximity of the former Uzès hospital, now a nursing home, does not cause any disturbance (visual or noise). Air-conditioned house on 2 levels with: First floor: bedroom with a 160cm double bed opening onto a terrace, bedroom with two 90x200cm beds that can be joined together with a shower room and toilet, shower room, separate toilet, small kitchen, living room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer Linen. You will also have a separate bedroom with a 160cm bed, shower room, and toilet opening onto the outside. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 with 160cm double beds and one with two 90cm single beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom with toilet, a bright, fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room opening onto a south-facing terrace, and a separate toilet. Each terrace has tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue and a griddle. The swimming pool (8m x 5m) with a gradually increasing depth is fenced. Sun loungers and parasols are provided.
