New Provencal country house of stone, with pool and all the comforts in Uzès

A wonderful and spacious house with an amazing pool and pool area. The kitchen and living room have direct access to the terrace. Located in the countryside with a 5 minute drive to the center of Uzès. The hosts are very nice and helpful and answered back right away if we had any questions.

Boris and Isabelle were very friendly and helpful. They live very close to the property, which is convenient if there are any problems. The property is even better than the photos. The walk into Uzes is straight forward once you find the track, which takes approximately 30-35 mins into the centre of town on a hot day, through picturesque countryside. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay, the home is really superbly equipped for great family vacation. The location is super for the Uzes area and the hosts were very nice. Only small issue is the bed-linen which seems to be such a to-do and not included. While you can add it on for a price, it's a hassle to confirm, and then you have to make all the beds yourself. Just include it in the price, especially for a long weekend, and make the beds! Otherwise, everything else was perfect, and we highly recommend this place.

Stayed here with our 3 kids and 1 baby for 3 weeks. It was the PERFECT home base for us as we explored the region. Very close to Uzes of course, but also to everything else. Boris was responsive whenever we had a rare question. It was even warm enough for the kids to enjoy the pool a few days (in October!). Unusually well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Finally managed to stay after two Covid enforced postponements. Worth the wait. Uzes is beautiful and the surrounding area has plenty to do and see. The house is modern and spacious, very private and with good facilities. It's a 5 minute drive into town, or a 30 minute walk if you're feeling energetic (avoid the road via the footpaths across the fields).

Our family spent very nice days in the very well-equipped house 3 minutes by car from Uzes. The absolute highlight is the ground floor - huge kitchen with everything you could want, cozy dining area and large sitting area with a starry sky and TV. The many beautifully designed exits into the garden increase the holiday feeling. The bedrooms (some with many beds) offer storage space and retreat options for many guests. Perfect for large families or groups of friends. You shouldn't expect luxury, most of it is IKEA standard. The whole house is air-conditioned, part of the ground floor has underfloor heating. The two large bathrooms are well equipped, there are also enough toilets. The garden is large and has a covered, lighted area with a large table right next to the house. From the kitchen you can serve food directly outside and watch the pool (which was covered during our visit). The gas grill was in working order, we really appreciated that. A big plus is the possibility of parking up to 3 cars in the enclosed property, 2 of them under the roof with direct covered access to the house. The landlord responded to our inquiries very quickly, was very nice and helpful. Don't forget: all consumables that you need in the house - e.g. toilet paper, soap in the bathrooms, washing-up liquid and dishwashing detergent, shower gel etc. - (and which were not left by previous tenants by chance) must be brought with you. Everything. Included in the price of the house are bath towels and bedding, according to the number of guests. The price performance ratio is good. We'd love to come back.
