With room to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, this is the ideal spot for family vacations, group getaways, or special events.

Step inside and be greeted by a beautifully designed open-concept living area with modern furnishings, sleek finishes, and ample natural light. The spacious living room offers cozy seating and a large flat-screen TV for unwinding after a day of exploring Nashville. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, perfect for preparing meals or hosting gatherings around the dining table.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Each of the 4 bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation. You’ll find a mix of plush queen and king-sized beds, as well as bunk beds that are perfect for kids or extra guests. The 4 bathrooms are well-appointed with luxurious features, including spacious showers, modern vanities, and premium toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.
Private Rooftop
One of the standout features of this home is the expansive private rooftop, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Nashville skyline. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or enjoying evening cocktails, the rooftop is the perfect spot to take in the city’s energy and charm. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It was exactly what was advertised. Such a cute home with a definite girly vibe. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday and it was the perfect vibe. We were referred to Nashbash to decorate for her birthday and they also did an amazing job!! Location and overall experience was perfect. We would definitely return. Thank you, it worked perfect for her celebration!!!
