Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, and a Keurig coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Overall our stay was great. We had tons of space and the house was perfect for our group size. We are not picky and we’re happy with the house in general. That being said there were a few things that need to be improved . If you are expecting the house to look exactly like the photos you will be disappointed. Overall the house is worn. Rugs are dirty, mold on shower curtain, dresser drawers were broken, patio furniture is torn and dirty, Nashville sign didn’t light up . Also there was McDonald’s and pizza left in the house from the previous renters ( pizza left on front door step and chicken nuggets / sodas left in cabinets and in bedrooms ) . The owner did offer to have cleaners come back out but at that point we had already cleaned it up. The bigger issue is how worn the house is . The house itself is perfect but needs a refresh and more attention

We had a group of 10. This place was perfect! Pictures don’t lie, exactly as seen. Great set up for groups. Just was amazing too. Even let our grocery delivery service in before check in to get us set up. Great communication. Property is ten minutes from anywhere. Would stay here again and agains!

Family and friends came from Philly for my daughter’s 21st birthday! The house is beautiful, exactly as pictured! Everything was clean, with a few surprises like a karaoke machine! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the rooftop area…the view is great! We had 8 adults (4 couples) and everyone had a private bathroom which was key! Our host was wonderful in responding quickly to questions and concerns we had both before our stay and during…there were a couple minor things that were addressed immediately! The neighborhood itself is pretty industrial and actually very quiet considering it was spring break! We went into town everyday very easily, and also to 12 South area, it’s all within a 10 minute drive or Uber! Great location, great house, great host…would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great time here. The house is lovely and was perfectly clean and ready for our arrival. While the location isn’t really walking distance to Broadway, it’s only a close drive. It is even bigger than it seems online and our large group had PLENTY of room. Can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!!
