You will have 6 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 modern shower rooms. A bright living space with fireplace and large TV, direct access to a large swimming pool secured by a roller shutter and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.
The villa offers all the comfort equipment: plancha, air conditioning and outdoor furniture.
The villa is on one level and can accommodate up to 12 people.
This magnificent property combines comfort, space and high-end amenities. It is divided into two distinct parts connected by a large central living space:
Left side:
-Two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm).
- Two shower rooms, one of which is private to one bedroom.
Right Side:

- A bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm).
- A bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm).
- A bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and shower room.
- An independent bathroom.
Central Space:
A large living room open to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, hob, oven, microwave, wine cellar, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, large worktop. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, fridge, high chair and cot for children.
Outside:
- A large swimming pool surrounded by a terrace furnished with all the necessary furniture to enjoy the sun. The pool is heated in April and May.
