About this house rental
Large family house designed to live in Brittany with many children and whatever the weather! Located on the Plougastel peninsula, partly adapted for people with reduced mobility (first floor)
Indoor play area, equipped kitchen, video projector, piano, car-port for 2 vehicles, 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms.
Large wooded land equipped with many children's games (trampoline, swing, cabin), a stone's throw from the sea.
In more detail, here is some information:
In the middle of the trees nestles our house. Its layout is atypical and partly adapted to people with disabilities. It is a few minutes walk from the Fort du Corbeau and the Kerdrein beach in Plougastel.
It is composed as follows:
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
- entrance (armchair and cupboards)
- laundry room (sink, cupboards, washing machine, dryer, hanging rod for shirts)
- large toilet on the first floor with cupboards
- Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, wine cellar, large double sink, large stone worktop and table, numerous cupboards, small appliances integrated into a special cupboard, baby and child seat available
- Master bedroom 1: 160 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and bench, 1 sink, towel warmer, dressing room
- living room (three steps to access it): large living room with 2 sofas, armchairs, small desk, piano, home cinema.
ON FLOOR 1:
- adapted staircase with two landings and double ramps
- mezzanine: with large net (can hold 2 adults and two children, max 250 kg), a children's hut, a reading corner and a desk
- Master bedroom 2: 160cm bed, dressing room
- bedroom 3: 2 twin beds of 80 cm, 1 dresser
- bathroom: large bath, 2 washbasins, cupboards, large changing table, toilet, foot function, double toilet seat for children
ON FLOOR 2:
- adapted staircase with landing and double ramps
- bedroom 4: 2 twin beds of 90 cm
- bedroom 5: 2 twin beds of 80 cm
- To compensate
Outside:
- large semi-covered terrace of more than 100m2 on one level, rinse tap (boots, overalls outside in front of the front door), BBQ, large dining table for 10 people and garden armchairs
- two-car car-port attached to the house with covered passage to the front door of the house
- very large plot with garden part including many games for children (hut with large trampoline and slide, platform in the trees, bird's nest swing, climbing ropes), a bamboo grove, forest, meadow.
If Plougastel is the land of strawberries, you can find fruit and berries in the garden in all seasons (blackberries then apples, chestnuts and mushrooms in autumn, holly in winter, strawberries in spring and a few cherries, blackcurrants, raspberries and plums in summer).
To note, 2 little cats live in the garden, they are at home here and feel good there. A small shed is reserved for them to take refuge in case of rain and to get their fill. A person will regularly come to recharge the food reserves... However, they are not wild and you can approach them if you feel like it.
