It comprises lovely living spaces: a 50 m² dining room, a living room with a play area, a conservatory, a fully fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, five shower rooms (with showers) and a separate utility room. You can also enjoy a garden of around 60 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:

– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190), a wardrobe, a desk and an en-suite bathroom (shower and WC).

– Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with a double bed (140×190), a wardrobe, a desk and an en-suite bathroom (shower and WC).
On the second floor:
– Bedrooms 4 and 5: each with a double bed (140×190), a wardrobe, a desk and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).
In the basement:
– A utility area.
– A lounge area with a sofa, TV, table football, darts and a games table.
The floors are accessed via a staircase in the conservatory, which opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden.
The property has east-west-facing windows.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
– A lovely, private, enclosed garden of 60 m², facing due east, with furniture to enjoy sunny days. Accessible directly from the kitchen.
It features 2 garden tables and 12 matching chairs.
– A balcony of approximately 12 m² on the first floor is furnished with garden furniture.
The house is ideally situated in Brest city centre, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more…
Things to do:
– Stroll through the city centre and along Rue de Siam, admire the view from the castle ramparts and explore the Ateliers des Capucins and their impressive media library, accessible by cable car.
– For a spot of nature, take a walk through the Stang-Alar valley, in the Kéroual woods or along the Moulin Blanc. Seaside enthusiasts can enjoy Brest’s beaches, particularly Sainte-Anne du Portzic, or head out to sea by kayak or stand-up paddleboard from Moulin Blanc.
– For families, Océanopolis, the numerous play areas, the Moulin Blanc swimming pool and the activities on offer at Les Capucins provide great options, whatever the weather.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
