The upper level, accessible by stairs from the car park, includes:
A lounge with its sofa and television, ideal for moments of relaxation. The open-plan kitchen overlooking the living area and fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster as well as a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal.
On the night side, you will find 3 bedrooms on the upper level
Bedroom 1: has a queen size bed (160/200) with access to its ensuite bathroom and private WC as well as access to the terrace
Bedroom 2: has a queen size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 3: has two single beds
A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the floor.
On the ground floor, you will find a lounge and dining area as well as a small fridge for two people.
A bedroom equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) and its adjoining bathroom complete the living space.
Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
