Located in the south-west of Martinique, near Diamond Rock and the pink mangrove, this superb villa offers you an exceptional setting for a stay under the sign of relaxation and nature.
Its location is a real asset: just a few minutes' drive from Diamant beach, you can swim in turquoise waters and admire magnificent sunsets. Between warm water and tropical landscapes, you enjoy a unique setting in the heart of the Caribbean.
Nearby, you will easily reach the Diamond centre, its restaurants and shops, while enjoying a calm and preserved environment.
Ideal for a family stay or with friends and spread over 3 levels, this villa can accommodate up to 10 travellers.
The main level includes a large open-plan living room overlooking the terrace with its sofas and television, ideal for relaxation. You will also find the open-plan kitchen leading into the living area and fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher), which provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal.
On the night side, still at the main level, you will find 2 bedrooms with sea views equipped with queen size beds (160/200) with their private shower rooms.
On the upper level, you will find a bedroom equipped with a king size bed (180/200) and its private shower room, as well as a mezzanine with a sofa bed and a click clack bed that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. For your comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
Accessible via a small staircase in the garden, the lower terrace offers you a secure swimming pool with sea views for your relaxing afternoons with sun loungers, as well as a bar-refreshment area.
At the main level, you will also find a large terrace with its lounge and dining area to share a barbecue or the evening ti punch all together.
