This homey corner condo, 5-7 minute walk to the private beach & pier, perfect for leisure and photoshoots, transforms your winter retreat. 2nd floor corner unit, over looking forest views, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a cozy family room opening to a balcony, it promises memorable getaways. Five-minute drive to Tahoe City. NorthStar, Palisades, Homewood, Diamond Peak, Mt. Rose are all near by.
There is an indoor hot-tub during the winter.
Pool and Hot Tub (outdoors) are closed during winter - please check before booking to see if pool is available.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
St. Francis has snow removal included for parking.
This is not a lake front unit. It does take 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach
Door has a key code that will be given by day of check in.
You can keep in touch with your host via text and voice calls.

The condo has beach access with a private beach, private pier to get on and off boats easily and there are also boat rentals available in town if you want to go boating, jet skiing and all water toys. Next to boat launch and bike trail for Tahoe adventures. Is convenient to some of the best skiing in the state—it`s about a 1.8-mile drive to Tahoe Cross Ski Area.
Palisades at Tahoe (formerly known as Alpine Meadows & Squaw Valley, North Star, Homewood, Diamond Peak, and Mt. Rose are all less then 30 mins away.
