L'appartement est très proche du centre historique. Il est aussi très joliment rénové, confortable et bien équipé.
La proximité d'un bar et d'un restaurant : nous y avons séjourné un week-end, et c'était assez bruyant. Peut-être est-ce plus calme en semaine ? Autres petits bémols : les escaliers sont très étroits pour monter les valises, et il n'y a pas de place de parking gratuite.

Conforme à la description et aux photos.
La situation géographique est à la fois son point fort et son principal défaut. Le logement se situe juste en face d'un bar ouvert jusqu'à 2h du matin. Il faut compter environ une heure pour le départ des derniers clients bruyants, suivie de près par le passage des éboueurs, puis par les livraisons du matin. Résultat : difficile de dormir avant 5h30. Pistes d'amélioration : Une meilleure isolation phonique serait vraiment nécessaire, ainsi que l'ajout d'un ventilateur (ou autre équipement) pour le confort.
