For your stay in Saintonge Romane, in a quiet and relaxing place, Patrice and Claudine offer their seasonal rental. Of picto-charentaise origin and retired, they will be happy to direct you to the sites to visit, the must-see in the region.
The cottage is located at the entrance of the city of Saintes, a few minutes from the city center, near the river Charente. It is easy to access the city cente along the river, either on foot or by bike on the road bike: "flow bike".
The seasonal rental, 45 m2 house, classified two stars for 4 people, is open all year.
Our friends the animals are accepted gracefully. They can stay free in the closed yard.
Smoking tenants are allowed to smoke only outside the house, under shelter, ashtrays are made available.
A location near the house is provided for parking the car.
A patio can house the bikes.

This is a very comfortable gite, conveniently situated on the edge of Saintes, but away from the main road so nice and quiet. There is a pleasant walk along a quiet road beside the river Charente into Saintes. Claudine and Patrice are kind and generous hosts.

Set in a very quiet location about 2.5km from the centre of Saintes. The Gite has everything one could need, with good size rooms, an outside area for dinning plus the use of the owners swimming pool.
The owner were so kind and helpful and made us feel really welcome, we wished we had booked for two weeks not the one. If we return to the area for a holiday would stay nowhere else.
