Läget och planlösningen på huset.
Det var inte städat. Det var skräpigt i lådorna. Dammigt på bänkar och bord. Det var mycket som inte fungerade till exempel toadörren gick inte att stänga. Locket till grillen var löst. Det stod en äcklig låda med gamla flaskor vid ingången. Luckan till diskmaskinen gick inte att fälla ner så en fick hålla i den medan den andra stoppade i disken. Fläkten över spisen var jättesmutsig. Handtagen till kyl och frys var lösa. Träräcket var bitvis ruttet. Synd på ett fint hus och jättefint läge.
