Marholmen Stugby

Marholmen Stugby liegt ca. 1 h nordöstlich von Stockholm in den Schären. Wir haben Vaxholm besucht (ca. 50min weit weg), dort gibt es einen super Kletterpark. Uppsala ist auch in der Nähe. Und wenn man will, dann kann man in 15 min in Kapellskärs, von dort kann man die Fähre auf die Åland Inseln nehmen. Lage ist also phänomenal. Wir waren in einer Hütte für 6 Personen untergebracht, 3 Zimmer, mehr als genug Platz für uns 3. Und die Sauna im Badezimmer haben wir gleich zweimal benützt, yay! Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, weil wir Selbstversorger waren. Nur zweimal haben wir in den beiden Restaurants zu Abend gegessen, das war sehr cool, gegrilltes Essen :-) typisch schwedisch, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt: SUPs, Kanus, Minigolf, Sauna am See (alles gegen Gebühr). Mehrere Grillplätze, einen Outdoor Parcours, Minifussballplatz, Basketballplatz, Tennisplatz, 2 Beachvolleyballplätze (ohne Gebühr). Wir haben einige Tage nur auf der Insel verbracht und haben all das durchprobiert. Es war einer unserer entspannendsten Urlaube (9 Tage).

Kleinigkeiten: Das Waschbecken im Bad war verstopft (wurde am Folgetag repariert), der Dunstabzug ging nicht, und der Staubsauger gab den Geist auf.

Fantastiskt fint boende med fina omgivningar. Stugorna är renoverade invändigt. Kul aktiviteter för barnen och fina badmöjligheter. Vi bodde i en skärgårdsstuga i området vid badet. Ungarna uppskattade att kunna få eget sovrum. (2 barn)

Tvungen att ta bilen när man man vill köpa livsmedel , finns inget på området (Finns dock fin resturang på området) framgår dock tydligt i informationen från boendet så egentligen inget att klaga på.

The hotel is located in a very nice place - on an island. It has outdoor amenities - like apple garden, nice promenade, kids playground. The house itself was very stylish and warm.

1. The stove was left dirty from previous visitors. 2. The house has no towels and linens, you have to pay for them. Prices are not announced prior to arrival. We paid 65 eur per 5 people (including 3 kids) for bed linens and towels. 3. The house was no kitchen towel available, no coffee filters or at least salt. 4. There is a fireplace and NO firewood availble. For sure, the hotel assumed you land in the airport with kids having kitchen towel, salt and firewood with you. I found the attitude towards us awful and literally, it is one of worst experiences this year. I strongly advice the hotel to be transparent with visitors by contacting them prior and letting them know how much are linens, and that house totally has nothing in.
