Private apartment at Kris Condo by Lofty

The corner terrace! Amazing comfortable especially in the evening, and great views during the day as it's on the 3rd floor.

The constant noise - especially from the fact there's a nonstop 7Eleven right outside your window - cars and loud motorbikes starting and stopping all night. The fact it isn't well insulated around the windows doesn't help either. Also the neighbour has one of those shitty small dogs that bark ALL the time and it's really, really annoying. Bathroom light was also too dim - couldn't even see my own thing, although that might also be a matter of size.

The apartment has everything needed for an enjoyble stay. We stayed there 6 nights and we don't regret it, because we looked for a quiet place, to avoid the trafic noise, the bars, clubs, the busy areas in general. The bed was confortable, the bathroom big enough (with everyting needed) and also the kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was a plus to enjoy breakfast. Expect to find mess in the building, starting from the street and continuing in the lobby. The building is refurbishing, so a lot of stuff everywhere. You have the impresion of living in a construction site.

We recommend the following: - send the check-in videos to the guests in the morning, before arrival; - disscus with 7 11, maybe they agree to create a small access door (it takes about 10 minutes by foot to arrive to 7 11 altough the apartment and the store share the same fence); - the smell is a little strage, but we got used to it; - the microwave is making a lot of noise, feels like is gonna explode shortly :)))

Location is great, short walk to supermarket and beach

The location is good. The room was big enough and fitted with everything I needed for the time of stay

The hot water pressure was low, the toilet was not flushing properly, and the AC only had an on/off switch—the fan speed was crazy with no temperature control, strange moldy smell and rotten wood panels. I also received strange written instructions: to empty the trash, not to let the lights burn at night, and reminders to leave a 5-star review. I had to pay a deposit of 5000 THB, but when I checked out, no one came to inspect for damage. So, what was the deposit for? Then, I extended for one night with Bobby and paid by e-banking. Yet, the day before my new checkout, I was called and emailed asking why I hadn't deposited the key in the safe box. I explained I had extended with Bobby, and it took some time, but they eventually understood. It was a strange place. There was no staff around, only foreigners working on-site. In general, it felt like a construction site. I would not recommend this place to my friends.
