Fantastic location in the heart of Bang Tao beach. Off the main road so super quiet, while close enough to access everything you need for your stay. The beach is literally across the road and 7-eleven, massage places and food options galore! The space is much larger than I anticipated and allowed plenty of space for my suitcase to be completely opened out. AC worked brilliantly and I really enjoyed a large fridge for all the cold drinks. Cleaners came in every second day which was appreciated particularly for rubbish pickup and fresh bottled waters.

Nothing. Loved my stay. Only a suggestion - shower water does reach most of the bathroom floor each time it’s used. A mop or squeegee would help guests keep it pushed back to the shower/drain allowing the floor to dry quicker.

Seemed expensive for the lack of pool, furniture (sparse), and patchy wifi

The host was very accommodating and let us stay after check-out time. It was pouring with rain when we arrived and he communicated with me and met us on arrival. Great location and everything you need in the apartment.

When i asked to change rooms to the unit we booked, due to MOLD on the ceiling of the room they gave us in another building across the street, they moved us pretty quickly. The wifi, in the living room area was great but no service in the bedroom. Close walking to the convenience store and a short walk to the right - to the beach. Housekeeping was very friendly and fast.

Where to begin? My family travels the world full-time. We have been to 40 countries on 4 continents. We have stayed in everything from Hostels and rooftop capsules to stunning high rise condos and resorts. We are easy going and can stay anywhere. The address for Grab (like uber) is listed at a different hotel a block away. Use Google to put the grab pinpoint at the right location. 2nd. We arrived at 8pm (and no one was at the building, all lights were off and we were just standing our front in the alleyway where a man was yelling to us from another building on 2nd floor. Once we realized he was the host we made our way over. He explained that they upgraded our room, the one we booked was taken. WTH? Upon first glance the unit was bigger. 2 full bathrooms too and they had a washing machine to my husbands delight. I wanted our original room but my hubby wanted to wash clothes so I closed my mouth. this unit looked older than what I had booked and the kitchen knob fell off immediately when i tried looking in the cabinets. After my husband fell asleep and I put our son to bed i noticed that the kitchen ceiling had MOLD. Black mold and a LOT of it. I am very sensitive to mold and so all night I couldn't sleep well because our original room was apparently given to someone else and we had mold. The next morning i messaged them about the mold. they were somehow able to move us to the unit we originally booked. WTH? That unit was as described. If you book here, do not let them move you across to the other building!!!
