The peace, tranquility and beauty of the site. Waking up and being able to have our coffee and breakfast outside in the grounds. Playing frisbee with my children outside of the cabin was lovely. The evening was so peaceful and comfortable.

I loved it all. Such a great place to visit.

There was no tv

The cabins are clean and well equipped. You do need a car to get around. There is alot to explore short drives away. The gardens are well laid out and well manicured. I did yoga in the garden in the morning. It really was so peaceful a real treat to watch the bunnies, squirrels and birds. I didn"t pack my coffee press and they didn't have one available.and we found a good solution, the lovely lady who runs the place brought me her tea strainer to use instead. The improving worked a treat (all be it a little fiddly). I got a decent coffee post yoga, pre kids waking up. There is a little.folder with information in the cabin with WiFi instructions and information of things to do. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The water pressure in the shower was ok for a short stay, but I think if it was much longer I would have found the lower water pressure frustrating (everything is relative, some people may find this pressure perfect).. I with the outside light on the walkway had a motion sensor instead of being on all night. It made it a little bright in the cabin even with the thick curtains drawn. Bring your eye mask if you like to sleep in darkness. These are.such minor things and would not put me.off staying again for a short break.
