Posizione eccellente per servizi e negozi. Bello il contesto condominiale e com'è stato arredato l'appartamento. Posto tranquillo e per niente rumoroso. Proprietario molto disponibile anche ad un confronto su eventuali criticità.
La pulizia e la cura della mobilia. Il rubinetto della cucina perdeva ed era sradicato dal lavello. La cabina della doccia non impediva all'acqua di uscire allagando ogni volta parte del pavimento del bagno. L'idraulico purtroppo non era reperibile visto che era la settimana di ferragosto. Sfortuna nostra!

Je kunt overal lopend heen, veel restaurants, barretjes en winkeltjes in de buurt . Het ligt wel een beetje opwaarts en je moet 3 trappen lopen naar het appartement, het appartement zelf betreed je ook middels een trap. Maar het is erg leuk ingericht en compleet
Er staat een bankstelsel maar niet iets van een salontafel, en de kraan in de keuken zat helemaal los.

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum, wenige Schritte vom Dom, trotzdem sehr ruhig; Bahnhof und Hafen auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen; Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft; saubere Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht; WLAN funktioniert tadellos; freundlicher und schneller Kontakt mit dem Vermieter; problemlose und flexible Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft und Abfahrt
