Bueno: La ubicación. El apartamento está por el casco viejo de Salerno. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares cerca.
Malo: El apartamento tiene un problema de humedad importante, se ve en las paredes…Huele toda la casa a humedad. Muy mala insonorización. Hay un colegio al lado y por las mañanas se escucha mucho ruido, aparte de que tuvimos la mala suerte de tener obras en la fachada. Por otro lado, por las mañanas entraba mucha luz, porque no hay persianas, solo contraventanas. El menaje del apartamento fatal. No había nada de lo básico (tijeras, paletas, gel, champú, fairy, trapos de cocina…)
