Lovely welcoming hosts. Clear instruction regarding parking, pick up keys, how to contact host and ideas of where to go and regarding house keeping
Nothing to dislike!

Loved the location. It had a beautiful open plan kitchen and sitting room area. The main bedroom was very impressive! It did have lots of facilities including a tv with access to Netflix.
The water pressure was variable. The guests in the big room said there was a smell in their bathroom.

Fantastic location, just moments away from the train station, great restaurants and quirky antique shops - and of course the magic of Hampton court. Facilities were excellent, everything you need and more. Betsy our host was wonderful - she went above and beyond during our stay, and we cannot wait to return - what a brilliant find in my now new favourite spot!
Nothing, all great 😊
