Appartement fonctionnel et confortable, situé dans une zone rénovée calme et bien desservie.

Manquements à l’hygiène, sol collant et qui marque vite. Ustensiles gras et usés en cuisine. Bout de verre sous la porte coulissante. Manque de produits d’entretien pour un séjour long terme (serpillère pleine de crasse donc inutilisable).

Le quartier est très calme et à la fois très beau. Belles balades possible dans le quartier à Pied, même quand il commence à faire nuit. Tramway juste à côté

Bruit du système de chauffage qui se déclenche dans la nuit à plusieurs reprises.

Très bon séjour dans ce studio. L’appartement est confortable, très propre et bien équipé. Le chauffage intelligent est appréciable, tout comme le check-in autonome, clair et parfaitement expliqué. La fiche d’instructions pour l’utilisation des équipements est très pratique et facilite vraiment le séjour. L’emplacement est un vrai plus : transports à proximité immédiate, supermarchés, cafés et restaurants accessibles facilement. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide du début à la fin. L’immeuble est très calme et discret, ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable.

Comme petite amélioration, l’absence d’un meuble ou d’un espace avec cintres pour ranger ses affaires et éventuellement d’un fer à repasser pourrait être à envisager, mais cela n’a en rien gâché mon séjour.

I felt disappointed the minute I opened the door and understood why there were no pictures of that part of the apartment on Booking. The listing is misleading. Had I seen the living-room/kitchen space I would not have booked that place. Don't get me wrong. The view is wonderful and the location is prime. BUT... Basically, there is no comfort in that part of the apartment and I regretted having booked the place for 9 nights. For a few days where you're out and about discovering the city and only there at night to shower, sleep and repeat, it's probably fine but for longer than that, I would not recommend it as is. There is no couch (A. it was on the listing and B. I have stayed in a couple studios with both a nice bed AND a couch, and there's room here for one. It does not have to be a large sectional couch and could be put at the foot of the bed, like in many places, or against the wall by the TV) There is a table with 2 very uncomfortable chairs. It's difficult to spend much time on them (They really need to be replaced. There are 2 folding chairs but not much more comfortable). There's nowhere comfortable to sit and try to do anything on your laptop or simply watch TV. The kitchen cutlery, utensils, plates and mugs seem very old and overused. I did not use them. The cooking plates are from another time. They, too, look like they don't belong here, in a new apartment. It feels like an anachronism... There are no garbage bags so you have to either put the trash directly in the trash cans or buy trash bags yourself. There is still no place to hang or store anything despite previous guests' comments. Don't be looking for a terrace, there is none. There's a nice courtyard for all but no terrace. New chairs, cutlery, a type of coat hanger/storage solution and pillows are ABSOLUTELY in order. Especially since IKEA is right there.
