Elhelyezkedés, csendes nyaraló övezet, nagy laktér, kedvező felszerelések ( napernyő, nagy hűtő több légkondi), belső privát parkoló, mely nagyon hasznos. Belső terasz több napággyal külső reggeliző lehetőség megfelelő családi méretű ;).

Csak kocsival ajánlott, mivel a parton helyezkedik el, így bevásárlás, városba bejutás során nélkülözhetetlen. A lakóövezetben bolt vagy egyéb vásárlási lehetőséget nem találtunk.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato con tutte le comodità (climatizzatori, cucina completa di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, smart tv Netflix ecc..) Posizione praticamente sulla spiaggia con vista mare. Comoda per spostarsi dall’aeroporto di Catania a tutta la costa ionica siciliana

Il giardino è poco curato, forse ancora da finir di sistemare ma comunque sono presenti tavoli e comode sedie e lettini. Le case intorno sono un po’ fatiscenti e abitate da gente rumorosa (feste in spiaggia fino a tarda notte e cani che abbaiano tutto il giorno e la sera) questo non dipende dall’host ma è bene saperlo. La casa è comunque ben insonorizzata con finestre nuove. Abbiamo poi avuto qualche problema di mancanza di energia elettrica nei pomeriggi in cui abbaiamo soggiornato ma sembrava dipendesse dalla linea principale e non dall’appartamento. Da segnalare che l’appartamento è all’interno di un villaggio residenziale con cancello all’ingresso e uscita.

Modern fixtures and fittings, very well appointed. The apartment came with almost everything you need to hit the ground running, kitchen roll, toilet roll (great quality compared to most places in Italy), coffee pods, oil, sat, vinegar, sugar. The sun bathing terrace is excellent, on the beach but private from beach onlookers. The air conditioning units are modern and work well. The shower has excellent pressure. The building is secure with electronic gate to the property and then very secure doors and windows. Any issues are quickly dealt with by the host, who was also most helpful. A great getaway from tourist areas, with the majority of people in the area seemingly Italian. The beach is sandy and you can walk quite far out before the weather becomes deep. The property is split into two apartments, other than the terrace area for sunbathing each apartment has it's own space with barbecue and shower.

Weekends can be noisy with locals on the beach playing music, but it doesn't go on much past darkness. There are some run down/derelict properties in the area, however this didn't impact our stay. A car is needed, this doesn't matter to us but may impact some. The garden area of the property needs more maintenance, however I understand this is in the process of being done. Again, didn't really negatively impact our stay. The property is split in two, we had no issues or much interaction with the other party however this may not always be the case if you are looking for something totally private.
