About this apartment rental
This contemporary apartment for 4 people is in the popular resort of Agnone, 30 minutes south of Catania. It is just 200 meters from the sea and makes the ideal base for family or friends who want a relaxing beach holiday, with the option of exploring some of Sicilly’s historic treasures.
The airy open-plan living room is simply, yet stylishly furnished with a sofa, smart TV and a dining table for 4. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven and fridge/freezer. A glass door leads directly to a private terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the sea air.
The communal garden has a seating area as well as an outdoor kitchen, with a gas hob, sink, BBQ and dining table.
Sleeping
Bedroom: The master bedroom, which has French windows out to the garden, has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Bathroom
The attractive bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Its beautiful beaches are well-known in the region.
The city of Catania is 30 minutes away. It makes a fascinating day out. There are many historic sites from a Roman amphitheatre to the Norman cathedral and Baroque palaces. The city is also famous for its delicious food, with many local restaurants serving Sicilian specialities and wonderful seafood. Unique to Catania are the “cioscu”, little kiosks all over the city serving refreshments in the hot summer months.
Catania’s International Airport is just a 30-minute drive from the apartment.

Great location of the apartment, beatiful sandy beach, suitable for kids was 50 meters away. Easy access to Etna, Taormina nad other landmarks. Wonderful hosts, very freindly and happy to help. Comfortable apartment with air condition.
