The guests sleeping in the guest studio (outside) need to come inside the house to use the bathroom facilities. The back yard is not secure and the gate cannot be locked, so it feels unsafe for the occupants of the house to leave the back door unlocked overnight. We also couldn't figure out how to use the television. Some detailed instructions might be good. We couldn't find any.

Location, overall a nice property
Only has three bedrooms in the house. The advertisement is misleading both for the number of bedrooms (quoted 4)and the price. One of the bedrooms is super small with five beds including a double bunk bed and a modular bed that extends out from the underneath of the bunk bed. the bed in the room outside is also super small and not suitable for two adults. None of these were clear in the ad. It is advertised to sleep 11, we booked for 11 people and were yet asked to pay extra $200 for two nights to have access to 11 beds. We had to shove five kids in one small bedroom. Insanely misleading advertisement.
