I liked the size of the house and the pool table
I would of preferred to have bedding supplied in the price rather than bring sleeping bags

John, the manager was amazing. he called me and ran through everything prior to my stay and addressed some issues I found reading existing reviews. however he definitely explained to me that this is NOT a Hilton hotel and it is mainly for large groups and might be a little banged up. But to be fair, for a large family all we needed was a clean common area, beds and a fully functioning kitchen. and it provided all of that for our stay!

parking was terrible - for a house that sleeps 15 people parking was terrible .
the floors were very dirty , really need a good vaccumm and mop
the TV really needs an upgrade - not acceptable at all
WIFI is a must these days
Kitchen utensils were limited , no garbage bags provided at all , plates provided do not fit in the dishwasher.
Towels could be provided by host
