We were provided excellent instructions on how to locate and access the property so it was very easy to locate and access. The property was clean and well equipped with pretty much everything you need. I was impressed by the air con and TV package! The location was excellent. We were just a few minutes walk from Warwick Castle. The central location meant we were in close proximity to pubs and restaurants. We had a drink in the Rose and Crown next door which was very nice. Despite the location we were never really disturbed by any external noise. The bed was very comfy and I slept well! All in all this is a great place for a short stay in Warwick.

Be aware one side of the property is on a lively road, so some traffic noise.

Superb location with amenities nearby, very close to Warwick Castle which was where we were spending our day. Everything was spotless and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent. The owner Michaela was on hand to answer her phone promptly for assistance. Extremely happy with our stay.
The parking area is a little tight if you've got a big car.
