The villa was immaculately clean and tidy and modern, with everything you could want to relax and enjoy your stay. The pool and surrounding sundeck was perfect, very clean pool and deck furniture with pool toys and balls for fun! Kitchen had everything apart from a kettle -we English like a cup of tea! Great fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, microwave and hob/oven with toaster oven, coffee maker and espresso machine. Main bedroom was very spacious and super clean with crisp white linen. Bathroom was a little small as was the shower, but clean and functional. TV had good selection of channels and smart function, wifi was great and super quick. The air-con was set at 76F and was comfortable at that.
The neighbourhood of Rotonda West/Port Charlette is lovely, peaceful, lots of trees and lakes and all the stores, and shopping you need -a great Publix on Gasperilla and S Mc Call road, got all our groceries and beer and wine there!
We would certainly stay again!
Barbecue ran out of gas on second night, half cooked burgers went in the trash. No kettle, Pool lights could be better.

Beautiful home with everything you could need. The only thing I could think of would be a pizza cutter lol everything else was there. From towels, the laundry soap, cleaner. The host was great.
Just a bit of a drive to the beach but that was okay for us. We knew it coming. About 15 min drive.

Very roomy and airy. Kitchen had everything you need to cook for your family. Beds were all comfortable. The pool is beautiful and the outdoor seating was perfect. The host is very quick to respond to questions or concerns. Very happy with our stay and can’t wait to return!!!
