This well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa is ideal for vacationing in sunny southwest Florida.
Upon entering, you have a view of the formal dining room, formal living room, and the lanai/pool area. The dining room has seating for 6 and the beautifully furnished living room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
With the open floor plan, you are able to enjoy the view while cooking or enjoying TV on the large flat screen set in the family room. This villa is also equipped with SONAS which allows renters to listen to any radio station in the world.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the amenities of home. The dining nook is perfect for casual meals and also has a view of the lanai/pool area.
The comfortably furnished family room is bright and airy and perfect for quality time with family and friends. There are sliding doors that open to the outside area, bringing the outside in.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and sliders that open to the lanai/pool area. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and walk in shower.
One guest room has a queen size bed and the second guest room has 2 twin beds.
The full guest bathroom is situated between the guest rooms for your convenience.
This home also features a third garage that serves as a game room/seating area.
The screened in lanai has a dining set, barbecue, and loungers. The electric heated swimming pool and spa are so inviting you will be unable to resist taking a dip.
Children of all ages are acceptable.

Beautiful property, very nice pool and furnishings. Well-equipped for anything needed during our stay (4 weeks).
Other than being one day late checking in (couldn't reach the property manager for access code) and slow response to any messaging with the property manager, our stay was perfect.
We would definitely keep this property in mind if we came back to this area.

Location was nice and quiet and close enough to everything and yet far enough away for us to have the quiet and privacy we wanted. Nice selection of restaurant’s within 10 miles of house.
Lou and Rita were easy to contact and promptly responded to any qauetions we had before and during our stay.
