Everything was very good. 3 flights of Stairs were no problem

Great central location, excellent compact apartment, and good value for money. The apartment itself was clean and the linens and towels were good quality and duvet, pillows were clean but...
The stairs windows need a film put on them to hide the view. The entrance hall to the apartments stunk of dog dirt, urea and vomit. There were half a dozen air fresheners and a humidifier trying to mask the smell which made it worse. The hall carpet needs lifting and replaced with vinyl. I took a mattress topper as I'd read the beds were firm, glad I did. There was a faint smell of dog in one of the bedrooms.

The design, facilities and location of the property were great and we have a lovely stay
The lid to the waste paper bin was broken and stayed in an open position unless something was put on top to weigh it down. The toilet roll holder was loose.
The beds were not very comfortable, but OK.

Location and facilities
The smell from the pet store next door , the hallway was smelly as soon as you enter which travelled all the way upstairs. Dirty towel left in the washing machine which smelled.
