Cerca de bus estación,cerca del centro,del aeropuerto norte...Tiene piscina con terasa,recomiendo mucho estar allí. Tuvimos muy buen tiempo estar en este piso, gracias por buena comunicación de dueño.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt (eine Woche) in diesem Studio insgesamt als O.K. empfunden. Es hat eine zentrale Lage.
Ein Plus ist der Balkon, und der schöne Ausblick in Richtung Teide.
Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Direkt davor gibt es einen Parkplatz, auf dem man tagsüber kostenlos parken kann.
Rummel vom Parkplatz. Gelegentliches Huppenkonzert nicht ausgeschlossen.
Die Matratze ist bequem.
Preis O.K.
Das Appartement ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Küchenutensilien auch.
