Het guesthouse ligt in een veilige boomed off wijk (zonder guard en (electronische) toegangscontrole). Voor wie een centrale locatie zoekt om zowel Kaapstad als bijvoorbeeld Cape Point en de oostkant van de Peninsula te bezoeken is dit een ideale uitgangsbasis. De kamers zijn ruim (Familiekamer met 3 slaapkamers) met comfortabele bedden. Het uitzicht op de grote tuin met zwembad en de vallei daarachter is ronduit fantastisch. Het ontbijt was uitstekend met een zeer ruime keuze aan fruit en gerechten welke van een keuzemenu besteld konden worden. En..... lekkere koffie!! De bediening is vriendelijk en professioneel met een duidelijk management.
Het enige waar men mogelijk over zou kunnen vallen is dat een doorgaande weg Kaapstad - Houtbaai aan het perceel ligt welke 's avonds forensenverkeer oplevert . Maar wij hebben geen storende geluidshinder ervaren. Dit klomt ook door de dichte begroeiing van de grote en diepe tuin.

La Flexibilité de la Guesthouse au niveau des heures de Check-in: pour notre cas, 23h au lieu de 22h (avec accord préalable du manager).
Excellent petit déjeuner avec une belle variété de choix.
Le personnel est au petit soin et d'une extrême gentillesse. Toujours très souriant et plein de dynamisme!
La vue magnifique sur la Montagne.
La propreté de la chambre, des sanitaires et des espaces communs.
Rien à signaler.

The place was really clean and comfortable
I did not feel welcomed
I arrived at the place a little over an hour before checking in time,unlike other places I had stayed in South Africa where they atleast allowed me to put my bags in the room and carry the keys before the stated checking in time,here they only offered to put my bags in the garage,didn’t show me around the place or even my room.
The next day they did not even clean the room,all they did was spread the bed ,no shower gel was refilled,towels were not
changed .
