Rumah Baris Ubud

I loved everything about my Stay in Rumah Baris Ubud! First of all, I like its location - it's near the main street but tucked a little bit. The area was serene and quiet and the staff were all so friendly. I will definitely book here again on my next Ubud trip. Rooms are exactly as shown in the photos!

Clean and great location

The room is big, aircon works very well, you got a balcony, mini fridge and a very nice bathroom. They clean the room every day, the place is very nice and you’re close to everything, you have lot of warung nearby with good food, also laundry and bars. The staff is very welcome.. I had to stay 3 nights and I extended 6 more nights as this place and ubud are the best part of Bali. Highly recommended 💪🏻

The room was spacious with a modern design and kept quite clean by staff, large comfortable bed, good smart TV and large shower head and bathroom with a deep bath. It’s good central location in Ubud so you can walk to any restaurant, bar or even visit the royal temple close by via walking distance. Many other cool things to walk and check out.

The room had feint mouldy damp smell, seems common in Ubud due to the humid and dense area. There were also a few fungus gnats flying around and I’m not sure if they were coming from the aircon vent or drains in bathroom, the mouldy environment and aircon gave me a slight nasal/sinus discomfort which led to a small infection (I’ve got rhinitis so I am sensitive to dust and mouldy environments) luckily I did not get too sick but it was not good for my stay there I had to keep medicating. No pool facility to cool off either in the hot city center. But for the price I paid I don’t mind I guess.
