The owner is very well-organized, and everything was coordinated in advance, which made check-in completely hassle-free, even though my flight was delayed. The apartment has a great location: the bus stop is just one block away, and Clareview Town Center is within easy walking distance. There's also a gas station, a pub, and a pharmacy just one block away. For some outdoor time, Fraser Park and Kirkness Park are nearby, along with a walking trail. If you need to do groceries, you'll find Sobeys, Giant Tiger, 7-Eleven, and Walmart all close by. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay!

The building was older and could tell they had issues prior to renting it out, however they made improvements and you could see the changes.
It was older but comfortable, I enjoyed the balcony and walk in closet.
