You got what you paid for. No less or no more.
I couldn't get a invoice from the host or booking.com

The location was convenient since it was nearby a 7-11 and bus stop. The housekeeping staff and owner were hospitable and accomodating--came in and helped when needed.
There were a few nights when I was disturbed by people knocking or striking the door quite aggressively during the early hours of the morning, around 12 AM–3 AM. This unfortunately resulted in a few sleepless nights during my stay. I also had some food go missing at one point. I wouldn’t necessarily consider this the fault of the property or the owner, as it may have been caused by another guest or tenant. However, I noticed that the back door was not always locked, which could be a security concern. As a suggestion, I would recommend improving security measures and adding clearer signage reminding guests to keep doors locked and be mindful of noise and security, particularly during late-night hours. It may not completely prevent these issues, but I think it would be a good step toward making the property more secure and comfortable for everyone.

Staff was very cooperative. Room was big enough. Basic were there. Bed and blanket wear comfortable. Bus stop was just nearby.
Did not have a daily Cleaning system. We stayed for five days. In between at least twice the apartment should have been cleaned. Also there was no dishwasher in the basement apartment sofas and chairs condition was literally near to be broken

Near city proper
The ads is very confusing, it doesn’t state that you are only renting rooms and shared common areas with other people. They never tell you as well that they are collecting damage deposit, 200$ per room, but upon arrival, the place looks shabby and lots of damages, walls , washroom sink not draining, main door not working, fans are dusty. They are even trying to charge me for the room key that was never given
