Location fabulous, central and close to center of Penrith, quiet and easy to find. Nice presentation, modern and clean.
Only one minor problem, no instructions for the gas oven.

I did not like the behavior of the staff at he was calling me and saying that putting on $50 dollar on room for cleaning....

Very private , all indoor facilities function well. Clean rooms. Host stayed away
Had no complementary shower soap or shampoo. No face washer. The dish sponge was used not new. The bathroom was completely wet and towels were damp on arrival. The air conditioning filter was very dirty. The yard furniture was rusted and small yard lawn area was overgrown. Host didn't respond to my email request during my stay. I couldn't find a broom, mop, vacuum cleaner. No complimentary milk.
