- This 2-story home requires stairs to enter. It offers bedrooms and a full bathroom on the 1st floor
- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
- The property has ceiling fans but does not offer air conditioning. Due to the mountain location, it is usually cool at night. Fans are provided for comfort
- Helpful Fireplace Tip: A welcome basket of firewood is provided for your first couple of fires. To enjoy the fireplace fully, you may want to bring a box of Duraflame logs (or similar) for easy fireplace enjoyment
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the tree in the front yard facing the front of the house and side yard, and camera 2 is located at the end of the driveway facing the driveway and the back of the house. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound continuously

My four cousins and I, all grandmothers, had an incredible time. These Homeowners have thought of literally everything. The decorations were perfect, nothing too over the top, just all speaking to them wanting you to enjoy yourself while you’re at their home.
The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook the food we brought, and every utensil you could think of was available. There was even a supply of fresh spices available.
The Keurig coffee bar offered a variety of k-cups, including my favorite Tim Hortons. the fixings provided were a great way to wake up and look out those fabulous windows while sipping our fresh coffee.
The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets available, it can get cool in the mountains. Plenty of towels and sheets, and even a washer and dryer or there for our use.
The development itself is very well laid out with no house feeling on top of the next one. And there were plenty of things to do in the area. Don’t miss an opportunity to go to Swallow Falls and hike.
The day we left, we were already talking about when we could make our next trek up there to stay at this home again if it’s available.

Perfect winter escape! Private serene atmosphere. The windows made me feel like I was in a snow globe! The house is just gorgeous with everything we needed! Amazing deep tub to warm up! Wildlife out every window and a wraparound porch to look closer! The house was immaculate and cozy! Can’t wait to experience it all 4 seasons.
