The property is quite old and had a noticeable musty odor upon arrival. Unfortunately, it did not have central air conditioning, and the rooms were equipped only with portable units, which made it uncomfortable—especially since my family and I were preparing for a funeral and needed to get ready in the heat. There was also no cable TV available during our stay.
Additionally, we experienced two lockouts. The first occurred due to a change in the access passcode, which we were not informed about in advance. The second happened because the bottom door knob locks from the inside, and once closed, we were unable to re-enter. This design flaw should be addressed to avoid future issues.
Overall, the experience was inconvenient and not as expected.
