We had a wonderful stay at Villa Suite 49 in Kad Farang. The property is beautifully designed, peaceful, spacious, and extremely comfortable for both families and groups. The villas are very well maintained, with options ranging from cozy 2-bedroom units to larger 4-bedroom villas, making it suitable for different types of travelers.
One of the biggest advantages is the location. It’s only around 15 minutes from Chiang Mai International Airport, which makes arriving and departing very convenient. The villa is also very close to Lanna International School, making it an excellent choice for visiting families or parents relocating to the area.
Kad Farang community itself is incredibly convenient. Within minutes, you can find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, imported Western groceries, bakeries, and everyday essentials. It has a very comfortable international community feel while still being peaceful and relaxing.
The atmosphere at Villa Suite 49 feels private, secure, and welcoming. A perfect place for short stays, family holidays, work-from-home living, or longer-term stays in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location.

Property located in good location. It meet our family needs for 10-day stay. Owner provided options for cleaning service during our stay. Clear instructions on access to the property.
A microwave oven would have been nice, but conventional oven worked fine to heat up food.
