Truly a nightmare stay. Do not book this property.

Lynn's down the street had delicious fries - my daughter said they were the best she ever had. Definitely not worth staying here for, though. Get a hotel and drive up for the fries.

Upon waking up on our first morning, I found urine all over my laptop, which had been sitting on the desk on the first floor. The upstairs toilet had leaked through the night, and there were already visible stains on the ceiling showing this wasn’t a new issue. I cleaned up the mess as best I could and messaged the owner seven times. He did not respond for more than 12 hours, and only did so after Booking.com customer service contacted him on my behalf. I informed him that we were leaving and would not stay the second night. We checked out before 11:30am and booked a hotel nearby. When the owner finally replied, he shockingly told me he had called the police on me, then followed up the next day with: “Oh snap! Sorry I sent that message to the wrong person.” He had threatened me by mistake, claiming he intended it for a prior guest. His messages continued in this erratic tone. In one message he claimed he was confronting the previous guest for the “damage” to my laptop and calling them a “terrible person,” and in the next breath claimed there was “no evidence of a leak.” My photos clearly prove otherwise. Since then, the owner has ignored nearly all communication, including Booking.com’s attempts to reach him. I’ve spoken to Booking.com customer service five times; they’ve been empathetic and even issued me a small goodwill credit, but they cannot process a refund without the owner’s confirmation. To date, the owner has refused to reimburse anything, claiming that mine was a “short stay which isn’t very lucrative,” as if that justifies the lack of responsibility. This stay was genuinely a horror story from start to finish. I strongly warn others: do not book this property.

The place was clean. The owner he is awful look at the behavior he accused me of stealing sheets and towels. White towel

The owner accused me of stealing sheets and towels. I told him the kids could have picked up a sheet by accident but not stole. One white sheet I offered to replace need be. I also paid $75 fo late check out no problem. This dude sent me a bill of 164 saying I had to replace every set and he knows my kind he also sent curses too me. Please be mindful before you book here

Comfortable house with all amenities and Wi-Fi

Comfortable, all amenities as described

We would prefer drip coffee maker instead or Kerig coffee maker. Stairs were steep for me with my arthritis but hand rails available.. will have to stick to one story, lol. Would have liked some bathroom counter space for toiletries..

Not suitable for seniors

Close to national park

Dirty hand towel stained. 1 towel in kitchen & no more&it was dirty,stained carpet in living room,sticky hand rail, broken hand rail on porch, steep stairs in house, no bars in shower, so those things make it not appropriate for seniors, no hand soap in kitchen, dishwasher unplugged & so unusable with no instruction. Tons of hair in shower drain,so it was slow draining, open drain in bathroom sink, so had to stop up with toilet tissue when doing things that had danger of going down drain, used washer,bought own laundry detergent then, find out dryer is full, so had to hang to dry, so much in dryer it could not be clean in my opinion, the whole place needed attention to details. I have photos, but not on this phone. I do not see how you could cook here without kitchen towels available. We used paper towels to dry the 4 dishes we used. Thankfully, we did not plan on cooking here.

There was enough space for my family, so no one was on top of each other. The property owner was quick to get back with me when I had issues.

Fit our needs and was very comfortable & clean!

Very pleasant location. Talked to a neighbor and very welcoming and helpful. convenient to all and not a busy street felt very homey!

I asked about if an earlier check-in was available and I would have been charged $75.00 per hour if I wanted earlier check-in. I get it though - it's a business to make money - I was just a little taken back because it was the first time I had ever been told it would cost me extra. In all the times I have stayed at hotels or Air BnB's or VRBO or etc. I have never been charged and everyone was a always super friendly to try to accommodate if it was available to do so.

An excellent stay at an excellent AirBnB!!!

This house felt like a second home. It’s in a nice residential area, even met the next door neighbors, who was very friendly and gave me a little history on the property. Beds were very comfortable. If you’re looking for great accommodations, this one fits the bill. kudos to the property manager who was super responsive when I had questions. I have a new spot to return to whenever I come home to Akron. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Sucked

The door lock kept messing up had to leave day early- this is what she wrote I'm sorry to learn you had some trouble with the door. We've never had an issue with the door and I was there right before your visit to check on everything so l don't know what happened. I'd suggest to reach out to booking.com to see if they can throw in some discounts for you for the inconvenience.

I couldn’t stay because door lock was messed up- so I am getting charged a day I couldn’t stay because she never looked at lock while I had problems with it and left because I was locked out- I had to wait at property a half hour waiting for somebody to send me code then they never told me how to operate lock

Nice single home

The location was great and the home was clean and cozy.Fyi- There are steep steps inside the home to the upstairs but there is a railing.

I suggest that there should be a bath mat for the tub. The king bed was nice but it was a little too soft for my liking.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt ganz gut ,allerdings mit Mängeln.

Die Lage und Grösse des Hauses waren sehr attraktiv. Die Küche war ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine .Top! Es gab auch Streaming Fernsehen, was toll war.

Die Abflüsse in der Küche und im Bad waren teilweise verstopft, was nicht sehr angenehm war. Es stand auch keine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
