The view is good and the building is brand new. The room comes with a refrigerator and cooking ware. The shower is great
I've thoroughly read the room description and Charlie's FAQs and guides and it is never stated anywhere that there's no room service. You only get a towel per person and your bed is never changed. I understand Charlie is not exactly a hotel but I was at the very least expecting some level of room service, had that information been stated beforehand I'd have managed my expectations a bit better.
Also, and this is not exactly something negative, but rather a suggestion: having to input an 8-digit passcode whenever you want to get into your room is awful. I believe Charlie could provide us with access cards and implement some sort of facial recognition system for the rooms.
