O prédio bem silencioso e a minha acomodação super aconchegante.
Não gostei apenas que não aceita deixar a mala no local antes do check in e me atrasou em alguns compromissos, além da demora de responder.

A otima localização do imóvel, bem como as facilidades.
A acomodação nao dispõe de vaga de garagem para veículo tendo que colocar o veículo na rua. O quarto poderia dispor de um espelho maior, para que facilite o processo de arrumar, haja visto o espaco compacto.

Da praticidade
Limpeza deixou a desejar. Cobertor que estava sobre a cama estava sujo. As cortinas blackout não deram conta de deixar o quarto escuro. Banheiro muito apertado. Avistei uma barata no corredor.
