Localização muito boa, próxima ao metrô, área tranquila, recepção do condomínio super gentil, tem uma loja 24h no próprio prédio, o que ajuda demais a comprar coisas básicas, comidas simples, bolacha, refrigerante, itens de higiene. Cama muito gostosa, ar condicionado funcionando, banheiro com água quente.
Quarto muito pequeno, se vc não abrir a sacada fica com cheiro de mofo. Cafeteira no quarto tava mofada (literalmente), (hóspede anterior deixou café dentro e juntou mofo), e não trocaram, só pediram desculpas quando avisei por mensagem.
