Sehr saubere, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Das Zentrum der schönen Stadt Brescia ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Entdeckung von Iseo- und Gardasee sowie der Städte Bergamo, Cremona und Mantua. Sehr netter Eigentümer, angenehme Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ho soggiornato per una convalescenza lontana da casa. Sono stata male n casa tutto il giorno per 6 giorni. La casa in ogni ora del giorno era silenziosa e illuminata ed era perfettamente fornita di tutto

We loved the apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment is both tasteful and stylish. The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioner is new and works very effectively. Bathropom with modern shower is very comfortable. 15-20 minutes walking to the inner city (centro storico) or take the bus (bus stop nearby). The kitchen (we didn't use it) is new, has a fridge, a freezer and everything else one needs. There are a few small restaurants, pizzerie and cafes in walking distance. The neighborhood has charme and feels safe. Free parking is relatively easy in the street or nearby. The owner Alessandro came to provide us with keys and the necessary information, check-in and check-out were easy. We would certainly come back to Chiraroscura
Nothing. Walking up to the second floor (about 40 steps) may be a challenge for people with walking problems.

Struttura accogliente dotata di notevole fascino. Ottima pulizia, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, cucina ben dotata. Tutto particolarmente confortevole. Spazi ampi e ben distribuiti. A due passi dal centro, ma in zona comoda per parcheggio libero e gratuito.
