I arrived midnight and there was no instructions of which unit I was booked in, just an address of the property. Staff at reception were pleasant trying to assist. I did not realised I booked in a managed property with units rented out by different owners. It took a long time to get hold of the host or owner, it took a while to figure out which phone number is the host's as there were no responses for a while to the phone call. So it took at least an hour to finally get hold of the host and for me to access the unit. The host was pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience caused. The property is conveniently located in the city. The unit was clean.

Walls were thin. You can hear the television going next door. You can hear when someone is on the phone next door, thus it made me wonder if they also heard my phone conversations. You can hear when someone is sick trying to cough. I arrived midnight. It is my first time to this kind of property. In the booking form it described the unit as a deluxe, so I am unsure of the basis of the classification. The dining table for four people with highchairs was nice, though inconvenient if the guest is short, and the light fittings above the dining table were nice, too. The TV screen was big. - No bottled water in the fridge, there were soft drinks. Kindly leave at least 1xbottled water for your guests to use on arrival either for thirst or to take prescribed medications with. - No water kettle to boil water with. No sauce pan to use to boil water if there is no kettle. - Whilst there were many instant noodles in the cupboard, there was no way to boil water for the noodles, and unsure if the noodles were intended for the guests' use. I can't remember if there were bowls for the noodles. - Toilet paper was not a full roll - kindly leave an extra roll of toilet paper. It will not be until mid-morning before a guest can explore where to buy supplies first thing in the morning. - Blanket / bed sheet was so thin. With the air conditioner on in the evening, it is comfortable to sleep but is very cold towards very late evening to dawn, I adjusted the thermostat but it also becomes warmer and of course it is hot when the air conditioner is switch off. If you can provide a thicker blanket or have one available in addition to the thin bedsheet. - Remote control of television was not working. It is either the battery is already flat, but I did not check it. Suggestion - Have a welcome pack for your guests to include instructions - Wifi password - where the nearest - convenience store for supplies like bottle water - bank to exchange currency - nearest pharmacy etc
