The unit was basically adequate.
I was surprised by the system implemented by Avida Towers, re: the required authorization letter from the property owner which was a first for me. My booking was already confirmed by Booking.com.

24階で眺めが良い。部屋は整っていて快適。
コンビニは歩いて1分。ショッピングモールまで歩いて10分。飲食店や名物のナイトマーケットも徒歩圏内。
シャワーの水圧は十分。
ロケーションや設備から考えると、十分に安い。
セキュリティの関係で事前にオーナーに連絡を取る必要があるが、オーナーから長く返信がなくてちゃんと泊まれるのかと不安になった。催促しないとオーナーからは返事が来ない。また、滞在中の連絡先には一度もつながらなかった。
冷蔵庫の中に干からびた野菜が残されていた。バスルームはカビだらけ。食器は汚れていた。
お湯はぬるくて、ほぼ水。
