The house is exceptional. Newly built modern home with all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. The appliances and cookware was fully stocked so there is no need to wait for restaurant availability. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away as well as shuttle buses to different ski areas. The property management is very helpful and responsive during our stay. I would definitely rebook this property if I return to Hakuba.
I think the price in the entire Hakuba area is quite high during ski season so this is the only downside to visiting during peak season.
