Magic Maisonette 250m from the beach

The location is exceptionally convenient — the house is only half a block from the beach, with just a coastal road and parking lot in between. The direct 425 bus to and from the airport runs along the coastal road, stops very close to the house, and takes approximately 40 minutes. Walking along the beach and returning via the coastal road, we found many restaurants offering Cypriot, Indian, Middle Eastern, Western, and fast-food options. A small supermarket and convenience store, both also selling a selection of souvenirs, are within easy walking distance. A unique feature is the seaside Oroklini promenade, with exercise stations along the way, popular with joggers and walkers alike. Nearby Oroklini Lake offers excellent bird-watching opportunities. The house itself was perfect — a hidden gem offering exceptional value. It has all the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable stay, everything works as it should, and it is thoughtfully equipped. The house is simple, comfortable, very clean, and peaceful. Wi-Fi works well on both floors, the beds are comfortable, and the two bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning units that are in excellent working condition — an essential feature during the summer months. Communication with the host was outstanding, and the host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. A word of advice to future guests: as with any accommodation in Cyprus, a little respect goes a long way in earning the host’s goodwill. This is a simple, comfortable place offering excellent value. Guests seeking a more upscale experience may prefer a nearby higher-end hotel, such as the Radisson, but at a significantly higher cost.

We liked everything about this place. There is genuinely nothing we would change or that we didn’t like. Regarding the location, there is currently some road construction nearby. We could not hear any noise from the house, but since we did not have a car, it made access to the beach and bus stops slightly more challenging. Most guests will have a car and are unlikely to experience any inconvenience.

Nu s-a facut curatenie, era mizerie pe jos cand am ajuns, iar check-inul a fost foarte tarziu. Nu au nimic, doar vesela. Nu au deloc sare, zahar, cafea... Cred ca am avut eu așteptări prea mari, citind review-urile.

I didn’t like that there is a lot of other construction going on in the area.

Το WiFi δεν είχε σήμα στο πρώτο όροφο, το ντους καθόλου πίεση και είχε πολλά μυρμήγκια στην κουζίνα. Επίσης η αναβάθμιση του χώρου ήταν πολύ πρόχειρη.
