Very clean and great location

Perfect location and extremely responsive and friendly hosts!

No coffee facilities was my only issue!

The instructions were inaccurate, and the PIN code was incorrect. I was waiting in the middle of the night for more than an hour till someone came to the rescue.

The instructions were not accurate, and there was no one there for immediate assistance. I had to wait in the middle of the night for a very long time.

Location to beach, restaurants and public transport was good.

I arrived at 11pm due to a late flight. No lights on either the outside or inside of the communal building!! I really struggled trying to get access to keys as I had to use the torch on my mobile phone to see. I'm in my 70's and this is unacceptable. There was already a review posted back in June from a woman with the same issue. Clearly not rectified so clearly an owner/manager who is NOT interested. Outside is looking poor and rundown. Shrubs dried up and overgrown. When I stayed here last year I asked for a parasol on the balcony for shade...this was ignored!! Again, someone else in an earlier review mentioned the same. Nothing was done. Overall the impression is of an owner who counts the cash and will only provide the bare minimum and is very uninterested in providing a good, quality service. There wasn't even a toaster in the apartment. I can get much better for my money
