The place was clean upon arrival, but there was no cleaning equipment available, so I had to use a basic dustpan and brush for the remaining 5 weeks. They offered to clean the place for 35 euro, and change the sheets for an additional cost.

No lights in the corridor or outside the building. They promised to change the bulbs, but never did. Also no parasol on the terrace which made the use of the outdoor space pretty unbearable in the sun. And an EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS. I had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. All they needed to do was to equip the bed with a topper. No oven proof dish, so I couldn't use the oven. They kept promising to fix things, but just ignored to follow through on their promises. The entrance door made a terrible sreeching sound every time someone entered the building. Not suitable for a long stay.
