Wunderschöne, super gepflegte Anlage mit traumhafter Aussicht auf Nizza, das Meer in der Ferne und in die umgebenden Olivenhaine. Top gepflegter 25m Infinitypool mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, großzügig bemessenes und architektonisch gut durchdachtes Appartment, das allen Komfort bietet. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem nötigen Equipment. Sehr große Terrasse mit atemberaubender Rundumaussicht und Whirlpool. Gigantische Aussicht vom Bett des Masterbedrooms auf Nizza bei Nacht!

Es gab absolut nichts zu meckern! Einziger "Nachteil", man braucht zwingend ein Auto, selbst für kleine Einkäufe und die Anfahrt von und nach Nizza oder für Ausflugsziele und Autobahnanschluss ist trotz geografischer Nähe ziemlich langwierig aufgrund der verwinkelten Straßensituation.

La posizione sulla collina, fuori dal “caos” del centro di Nizza! Un’oasi di pace. Il contesto nel verde, molto curato, la piscina a sfioro con vista sulla città e il mare e il campo da tennis. C’è anche una piccola palestra condiminiale condizionata e la jacuzzi privata sul terrazzo. Proprietaria e responsabile gentili e disponibili, come pure il concierge

L appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes et bien au delà de ce que nous espérions au vu des photos : Lumineux et très confortable, propre avec une terrasse tres agréable par sa taille ,son aménagement floral…et un jacuzzi particulièrement appréciable à cette époque de l’année !!. La vue est exceptionnelle de jour comme de nuit : superbe vue mer pour la journée et belle vue avec les lumières de Nice le soir. Nous avons reçu un accueil réactif à toutes nos demandes, la residence est tres chic et securisee. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir profiter des nombreuses activités à notre disposition : un très grand parc avec des allées de running, tennis, practice de golf et pour l'éte une piscine tres vaste avec couloir de nage. Nous recommandons ce lieu chic et exclusif et souhaitons vivement pouvoir revenir bientôt.

Tout etait vraiment parfait, juste dommage que la grande piscine avec vue panoramique ne soit pas accessible en hiver!

The location and facilities are fantastic. Views amazing. Pool sublime. Villa has all the facilities you need for a great family stay. Just 20 minutes to Nice airport and/or town centre. Safe ann secure.

Unfortunately, the Aircon in one of the rooms didn't work making it 26 C plus overnight. We told the contact we had for the villa, but there is no maintenance person on call for these issues, or to drop of a temporary fan. Unless the owner changes their policies, bring your own towels, as they only furnish one for a 4-night stay, which you have to use for all your showers, sunloungers, pool and hottub. Seems a bit lean for the price. The smaller of the 3 bedrooms has an ensuite, but not its own toilet and needs to use the general one in the living room area. Should probably be better pointed out in the description.
